Thank you for subscribing to the Grand Theatre's 2025/26 Season. Parking vouchers were mailed out with your subscriber ticket package. Mobile ticket holders can pick up parking vouchers in-person at your first performance. Check your e-mail for parking pass updates.

GRAND THEATRE PARKING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- Where is subscriber parking located?
The Old Oak Parkade is located on 150 Dufferin Avenue (across the street from the large mural on the Grand Theatre's north side). (Please note that Google Maps may show the parkade location as 148 Dufferin Ave. Both addresses will take you to the right place!).


- Do I need to keep my parking ticket after parking?
Yes, please keep your parking ticket AND your voucher, you will need both to exit the parking lot.
- Is the parking lot accessible?
Yes, the Old Oak Parkade is accessible and includes elevators.
- Am I guaranteed a parking space?
The Old Oak Parkade is open to the paying public, and therefore space availability cannot be guaranteed. We recommend arriving early to secure a parking spot in the parkade in advance of the performance.
- How many parking vouchers will I receive?
Subscribers will receive ONE parking voucher per account, per performance date (6 vouchers total for the season). If you need additional vouchers to accommodate other subscribers on your account who are travelling separately to get to the theatre, you may request those by phoning the Grand Theatre Box Office in advance of your performance (519-672-8800).
- How/when will I receive my parking vouchers?
Parking vouchers for the 2025/26 Grand Theatre season shows are planned to be distributed through subscriber mail in June/July. Please keep an eye on your email for updates from the Grand Theatre about subscription perks, including parking!
If you did not receive any parking vouchers in the mail, you can visit coat check to pick up your parking vouchers.
If you need additional vouchers to accommodate other subscribers on your account who are travelling separately to get to the theatre, you may request those by phoning the Grand Theatre Box Office in advance of your performance (519-672-8800).
- I have purchased additional tickets with my subscriber discount. Do I get free parking for those orders/performances as well?
Free parking does not extend to add-on tickets or additional tickets purchased for other performances.
- I utilized Hassle-Free Exchanges, and now my subscription tickets are on a different date than originally booked. Will I still receive free parking?
Yes, your free parking benefit will adjust to your new performance date. Please note that any additional seats purchased outside of your primary subscription seats (with or without your subscriber discount) do not receive the free parking benefit.
- Do I receive free parking on the Grand Theatre High School Project or Jeans ‘n Classics?
No, free parking for subscribers is only valid on the Spriet Stage subscription series. For 2025/26, those performances are: THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG, DISNEY'S FROZEN, PRIMARY TRUST, PIAF/DIETRICH, THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST, and COME FROM AWAY.
- How long may I park in the Old Oak Parkade?
Your parking voucher is valid 3 hours before your performance until midnight. Extend your experience with a visit to one of our VIP Partner Establishments. Discounts available at these establishments by showing your Grand Theatre ticket. Click here to view the VIP Program.
- I forgot to pickup/bring my voucher with me after the show. May I receive reimbursement for parking paid?
Unfortunately, paid parking cannot be reimbursed.
- I parked in the wrong garage. May I receive reimbursement for parking paid?
Unfortunately, paid parking cannot be reimbursed.
- I do not plan to use my free parking. May I receive credit or reimbursement for not utilizing this benefit?
Unfortunately, parking vouchers cannot be reimbursed or refunded. There is no cash value.
- I do not plan to use my free parking. May I share my voucher with someone else?
Unfortunately, subscriber parking vouchers are non-transferrable, they are a subscribers-only perk.
- Is my car too tall to fit in the parking garage?
Please make sure your vehicle is shorter than 6'3ft to fit in the parkade. The maximum car height is 6'3ft.
- I need to contact the parking garage regarding a lost or stolen item. What is the contact information?
