The Grand Theatre

The Grand Theatre produces seven professional productions on its Spriet Stage and presents/produces smaller shows in its studio space, the McManus Stage. The Spriet Stage is an 839-seat proscenium theatre with a full fly system. The McManus Stage is a 144-seat studio theatre with a catwalk system.

The Apprenticeship    2018 – 2019 season

The SM Apprenticeships will be available on a variety of shows from smaller dramatic pieces to large scale musical productions. Apprentices will work under the supervision of the Stage Manager.  

The Candidate

The candidate will be a graduate of a post-secondary technical theatre programme and will have completed a minimum of three Apprenticeship credits. The successful candidate will be creative, curious and passionate about theatre and have the ability to work well in a team environment.
