Ticket Exchanges
We are pleased to exchange your tickets; however, there are no refunds. Simply call the Box Office at (519) 672-8800 at least 24 hours prior to your performance. A fee of $3 per ticket is charged on exchanges (with the exception of Subscription holders, Design-A-Pass holders, and Donors, who may exchange free of charge.)
Handling Charge
A handling charge of $3 per order is charged on all telephone and Web orders for individual tickets. Handling charges do not apply to Subscription or Design-A-Pass orders.
Payment Plan
Payment for Subscription and Design-A-Passes may be made in full or in two partial payments. Half of your payment is due when the order is placed; the remaining half is due on June 1. Post-dated cheques or pre-authorized credit card payments, using either Visa, MasterCard or American Express are required for the partial payment plan.

Web Orders
The Grand Theatre reserves the right to substitute seats selected for similar seats if necessary.
Good Scents Policy
On behalf of those with allergies, we respectfully ask that you refrain from wearing perfume, aftershave, scented hairspray, deodorants or other scented products. Please help everyone enjoy the show.
Condition of Entry (latecomers)
If you are late for a performance, you will be seated at a time during the show which causes the least distraction to both the actors and audience. The Grand Theatre is equipped with a live video of the performance in the lobby to ensure you do not miss more of the play than necessary.
Cameras and recording equipment are prohibited inside the auditorium.
Hearing Assistance
Hearing impaired assistance devices can be obtained at the coat check for $1.
Children
Tickets must be purchased for all children. Please ask us about the suitability of productions. Babes in arms will not be admitted to performances.
Privacy Policy
We at The Grand Theatre respect our customers' rights to personal privacy and have always taken seriously our responsibility to protect and keep confidential the information you share with us. The Grand Theatre records your information when you purchase tickets or if you become a Grand Theatre donor. We may use your information as required to provide you ongoing service and to keep you informed as to upcoming and ongoing events at The Grand. As a donor, your name may also be listed in communication media including print materials and electronic medium. Electronic information about our clients and donors is protected by password and only those with authorization can access your file. If at any time you wish to update, correct or remove your information from our databases you may do so. Simply contact our Box Office in person.
