As the area's only regional, professional theatre, The Grand Theatre is a vital part of life in our community and is committed to producing and presenting high-quality theatre and showcasing Canadian talent on the MainStage and in our McManus Studio Theatre.

Our MainStage playbill includes family entertainment, musicals, dramas and comedies while the UnderGrand Series leans to the edgier, newer and more alternative and experimental theatre experience. We want to provide an eclectic lineup of plays that will open The Grand Theatre to the widest audience and recognize that the performing arts provide a forum for presenting issues that inspire those watching to think critically about their environment.

You can be a part of an exciting cultural experience by taking advantage of our group sales program.

The Grand offers a charming way to entertain staff, clients or friends. Groups of 15 of more people can attend a performance at special ticket prices. Discounts begin at 20% off for 15 or more people and 25% off for 50 or more. As a special bonus, we provide a complimentary ticket(s) for the group's organizer. Gather with your guests before or after the production in one of our reception venues. Large groups may book the Poster Lounge with a fully licensed bar and standing capacity for up to 250 at no charge.
